How Do I get in the next calendar?

I send out bulletins, status updates, tweets etc. Leting people know I'm working on the Calendar. Normally I need all entries in by November 5th, I spend several weeks editing all the pics and putting them together myself. If you want to be in next years calendar heres how you do it....
